Chetan has over 6 years of practical experience in vivid domains of Corporate compliances, Secretarial, Industrial & Labour Laws across the industry and at firm levels.  He is a result-driven compliance professional and a team player, which brings balanced mix of management and technical skills to the table with proven ability to oversee multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, time sensitive matrix organization.

Immediately after qualifying as Company Secretary in June 2014, he was welcomed on board by Protiviti, a Global Risk Consulting & Internal Audit, as their Company Secretary to ensure adherence to applicable laws, comprising mainly of Companies Act, FEMA, Industrial & Labour Laws. After a successful tenure of 3 years as their Company Secretary, he ventured out into his independent practice as a Company Secretary in September 2017, catering to Clients which include Listed as well as Multi-National Private limited Companies and also assisting up and coming organizations with various solutions in the fields of Setting-up of business, Intellectual Property Laws, GST and Companies Act.

Chetan’s experience includes Incorporation of entities, Compliance of applicable laws, Issuance of relevant certificates to listed companies, Audit & Assurance activities, GST solutions. Apart from these activities, he has attended and represented before quasi-judicial bodies viz Regional Director, NCLT in the matter of cases pertaining to assistance in proceedings of cases related to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as well as Shifting of registered office from one state to another amongst other activities.
